In spite of the great deal of water that rained on Portugalete during the festival, the Feria del Folclore organized by the Foundation Elai Alai achieved a great success in this second edition. Obradoiro de gaitas Seivane had the honor of being invited again to expose its bagpipes and deal with musicians and other artisans in two days that turned out to be tremendously productive in contacts and communication.

This festival is consolidating each edition to be the meeting point for all the bagpipers from northern Spain. Musicians from the Basque country, Aragon or Catalonia meet in Portugalete to visit the exhibitions and to attend the different concerts programmed by the organization.
