Invited by Jean – Pierre van Hees, we attended the International Bagpipe Symposium from 20 to 22 March in Leuven Belgium. At the international symposium, makers, teachers, researchers and performers went from France , Austria , Slovakia , UK, Scotland, Italy , Spain and Belgium.
