For second serial year, the Obradoiro de gaitas Seivane travelled to Lorient to show their gaitas in the Lorients Interceltic Festival. During the twelve days the fair lasted, a great number of pipers from all over the world visited the stand requesting to try Seivanes gaitas. This edition was dedicated to Australia, and several musicians of that continent were interested in the Galician music and culture. Surprised by the quality of the work and the goodness of the sound, some of them returned with a gaita grileira that will perform in the other side of the world.

We had the honour of receiving visits of illustrious foreign pipers, as the Bretons Patrick Molard, Konan Mevel and Mickaël Cozien, or the Welsh Gafin Morgan and Antwn Owen Hicks, among many others. We spent twelve days of work, but full of communication and contact with bagpipers from all over the world.
